After graduating from law school in 1987, Hal Roach was assigned as a member of the U.S. Navy’s Judge Advocate General’s Corps (JAG) at the Charleston Naval Base. After being honorably discharged from the U.S. Naval Reserve in 1991, he moved to Greenville, South Carolina where he began working as an Assistant Solicitor in the 13th Circuit Solicitor’s Office, Greenville, South Carolina. In years since he has opened his own law firm operating in both South Carolina and his home state of Kentucky.
